Kanwar Dhanjal is the CEO and President of Just Instrumentation Inc., a Canada-based industrial instrumentation and automation company he moved to build after relocating from India to Canada in 2007. He founded Just Instruments Inc. in 2008 and has consistently driven year-on-year growth by delivering end-to-end solutions across sales, calibration, and automation for process control instrumentation. Beyond business, Kanwar has been actively involved in community and trade initiatives. He is a Life Member of the Indo Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Toronto since 2009, serving as President (2017–2018), Director roles across trade and SME. He has led multiple business delegations, including missions across India and participation alongside Hon. PM Justin Trudeau during his maiden visit to India, and has contributed to trade-focused committees at municipal, provincial, and federal levels. In Brampton board of trade, he serves as a Director and Chair of the Trade and Investment committee at the Brampton Board of Trade, supporting international trade engagement and local economic growth. His contributions have been recognized through multiple awards and honours, including BBOT Chair Award (2017),and being featured in Jewels of Punjab’s Top 75 Punjabis across the world in 2019, RBC Top 25 immigrant in Canada.
